Account Manager – New York City

As Strategic Account Manager, you will be handling all day-to-day responsibilities for managing relationships with Context Optional’s clients.  Part account manager, project manager, marketing strategist, and producer, the role is for someone who excels at broad ownership over client relationships and projects.

Responsibilities include:
•    Acting as the primary point of contact for client engagements
•    Helping drive client social marketing strategy
•    Maintaining schedules and tracking progress of projects
•    Coordinating application development, page management and monitoring, and strategy project components internally
•    Facilitating client calls and meetings and managing all client communication
•    Compiling reports analyzing success of projects
•    Grow accounts through sales of follow-on projects

Requirements include:
•    Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier school
•    Superb written and oral communication skills
•    Exceptional organization skills and ability to thrive under tight deadlines
•    Ability to manage and prioritize many, many projects simultaneously
•    Solid understanding how brands market to users on social networks
•    Technical background, or solid understanding of software development
•    Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
•    Extreme level of energy, highly self-motivated, and a passion for success
