Account Manager – Seattle

Manage projects and grow client relationships at leading social marketing firm Context Optional. As Account Manager, you will be the client’s advocate inside Context Optional and will handle all day-to-day activities necessary to help your client’s programs succeed. Part account manager, part product manager and part analyst, this role is for someone who excels at broad ownership over a diverse set of activities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Driving the pace of client engagements
  • Ensuring all commitments are met by Context Optional and by the client
  • Continually ensuring that client expectations are understood and met by Context Optional
  • Representing Context Optional at regular client team meetings
  • Ensuring the success of client programs by coordinating the activities of Context Optional teams working on your programs
  • Saving your client time by serving as a single point of contact for all client communications
  • Generating detailed, regular and enlightening performance reports on client campaigns
  • Expanding business with current clients by uncovering new ways to help your clients achieve their goals and by ensuring complete satisfaction with their current projects
  • Assisting the Strategic Account Director in formulating forecasts and territory sales strategies

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier school
  • Superb written and oral communication skills
  • 3 yrs prior experience in online ad sales, or managing ad-funded online properties
  • Exceptional organization skills and ability to thrive under tight deadlines
  • An ability to manage and prioritize many projects simultaneously
  • A solid understanding how brands market to users on social networks
  • A technical background, or solid understanding of software development
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • An extreme level of energy, highly self-motivated, and a passion for success
