ABOUT THE POSITION
We’re experiencing record growth and are looking for a creative, driven and strategic Inside Sales Manager to join our talented core team. At Context Optional you can make a big impact. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Effectively generate and qualify a high volume of leads from agencies
- Successfully leverage your existing agency relationships to generate new business utilizing outbound sales tactics and techniques to increase revenue and exceed sales goals
- Perform cyclical contact of prospective customers to identify, manage and close opportunities through the various sales stages
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives and goals
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
- A minimum of 3-5 years in a high-volume inside sales role
- Demonstrated experience developing compelling landing pages, email and Salesforce.com campaigns
- Strong communication skills with the ability to quickly establish rapport and nurture relationships with prospective customers via phone and email
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to work efficiently and with little direction
- Extreme level of energy, highly self-motivated, and a passion for success
- Bachelor’s degree

This position is located in Context Optional’s offices in the Flatiron District. After your first successful month, opportunities exist to work from home up to 3 days a week.
