Context Optional, Inc. (http://www.contextoptional.com/) is the leading provider of brand solutions for social networks. We’ve built social games and interactive campaigns for large brands including Microsoft, EA, Safeway, Toyota, Bank of America, HP, Target, and dozens of others. We’re looking to fill the position of “App Genius,” a client-facing role that primarily entails software development but also includes aspects of Project Management, Client/Account Management, and Product Management. Ideal candidates are top notch developers who also “get” social networking and can speak well in front of clients.

Requirements:
- CS (or similar) degree from a top tier school
- Experience building web applications
- Interest in, and deep knowledge of, social networks
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- 2+ years experience building and launching webapps
- Experience with web UI technologies — DHTML, CSS, etc.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Ruby on Rails
- Experience with scaling high volume webapps
- Experience building apps on Facebook
